"I offer personalized psychiatric evaluation and treatment for individuals of all ages. I especially enjoy working with children, adolescents, and families managing ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, and emotional regulation. I also support individuals with bipolar disorder, PTSD, and OCD symptoms.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where you feel heard. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that’s right for you and helps you feel your best.

Kristy began working with Redesign Mental Health in January of 2026. She graduated from Pacific Lutheran University in 2024 with a Doctor of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Health.
