We accept Premera, Regence, Aetna, First Choice Health Network, Cigna, and Lifewise.

We do not accept Apple Health/Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Stefani will work with you before your appointment to verify insurance benefits or discuss private-pay options as needed. She will also collect background information and ensure your intake, including completing all necessary forms, goes as smoothly as possible.
We are happy to check your insurance coverage. Each plan is unique and may require a co-pay, co-insurance, or a deductible amount paid at the time of service.

The estimate is accurate as of the day it's checked, and we won't know your exact fee until we bill your insurance and get your explanation of benefits back from your insurance company.
