Practice Policies
Cancellation Policy:
You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. For the second consecutive late cancellation or no-show, the fee is $150
Controlled substance policy:
Addictive and controlled medications are used sparingly, are not refilled between appointments, and require a signed contract. These medications often require in-person visits.
