We accept Aetna, Cigna, First Choice Health, First Health Network, Lifewise, Premera, Regence, and United Healthcare (Optum).
We do not accept Apple Health/Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Stefani will work with you before your appointment to verify insurance benefits or discuss private-pay options as needed. She will also collect background information and ensure your intake, including completing all necessary forms, goes as smoothly as possible.
We are happy to check your insurance coverage. Each plan is unique and may require a co-pay, co-insurance, or a deductible amount paid at the time of service.

Benefit Check Disclaimer:
While we try to be as accurate as possible when verifying benefits, your fees may change depending on your eligibility and benefits during the date of your sessions. The estimate is accurate as of the day it's checked, and we won't know your exact fee until we bill your insurance and get your explanation of benefits back from your insurance company.

We encourage you to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask your member representative about your 'mental health, outpatient, office visit' benefits.
